First of all, this hotel claims to be eco-friendly, yet there's no air-conditioning or refrigerator in the rooms, making it uncomfortably hot during summer. Plus, breakfast ends at 10:00! Why not allow a leisurely breakfast time? Cutting grass outside while guests are enjoying breakfast was quite the distraction too.

From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the hotel’s unique Charlie Chaplin theme. The rooms were spacious and the mountain views from my balcony were breathtaking. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast options made my stay more enjoyable.

While I loved the style of the hotel, its location meant that getting into the center of Vevey required planning. The absence of air conditioning made some nights uncomfortable during warmer weather as well.

The kids absolutely loved the outdoor adventure options, especially the nearby hiking trails! We enjoyed exploring the scenic views while staying at a spacious room that was perfect for our family. The hotel's unique focus on Charlie Chaplin added a quirky charm to our experience.

The room was super spacious with a comfy bed and excellent bedding. Loved the USB ports by the bedside and the nice shower setup. Beautiful view of the mountains and Lake Geneva from the window. But the bathroom could use a better clean, and there was no door separating the wet area, which was a bummer.

Additionally, I encountered issues when requesting a first aid kit after hours, as the response was less than satisfactory.
